Press compartments

Call your company and your products to the media’s attention with press services for electronica. Whether it comes to specialty media, daily newspapers, or online: electronica generates the greatest attention – before and especially during the fair. More than 500 trade journalists from Germany and abroad will be on hand to get an impression of the industry’s trends and developments. Take advantage of electronica’s press services to promote your dialog with German and international journalists.

Start your presswork before the fair even begins: Post your press releases and photographs online at the electronica website and present your company information, news and product information in German and English. The earlier you post your information online, the greater the chance that journalists will see your reports. You can also include photographs and supporting PDF files.

Don’t forget to post information in English and German.

Press conference rooms

For two-hour periods you can hire a conference room for your press conference or press meeting (30 min. for preparation and post-conference work respectively, one hour for the conference itself). It can accommodate up to 70 persons.

• Standard equipment: microphone system (two microphones), board table, classroom seating arrangement and one screen
• Further equipment such as a beamer, flip-chart, slide projector, etc. can be booked separately

To facilitate communication between exhibitors and journalists during the trade fair, the electronica press team is making a list of international media representatives available to you.

Place your order for the Editorial Index from our press office here. You will receive the editorial directory twice before the start of the event. The mailings take place on the two Thursdays before the first day of the event.

The information for the Editorial Index is provided to us by journalists on a voluntary basis. There is no claim to completeness or accuracy.

The administrative expense will be charged with the fee stated.
