List of exhibitors

Highlight your company and place your logo in all directories with your entry in the exhibitor portal and the electronica app. Your logo will be published in the list of exhibitors and next to all booked applications and product categories

Increase your visibility with the Top of the list placement. With this option your company will be listed in the beginning of the list of exhibitors regardless of the alphabetical order.

Visitors can find the alphabetical list of exhibitors in the online exhibitor portal, in the electronica app and in the printed electronica Guide.

Applications

Book application sectors for your entry

This is the best way to be sure that your company can be found when visitors search according to application sectors on the online exhibitor portal or in the electronica app.

Two entries in the application directory are already included in your basic entry. Each additional entry costs EUR 85. Enhance all your entries with your logo to capture the interest of the visitors.

With your logo in all directories your logo will also appear next to your selected application sectors.

Product & service directory

Let your offer speak for itself!

This is the section where visitors search for specific products. Booking multiple categories makes it easier for your customers to find you. Your entry will automatically be posted in the exhibitor portal, the electronica app and the printed electronica Guide.

Three entries in the product and service directory are already included in your basic entry. As in the past, you can assign one or more application categories to your products.

Tip: Get around the alphabetical order of the list by having your company appear in first, second or third place after the name of the product-group category.

Or enhance the entry with your company logo as an eye-catcher.

Video

Video advertising sparks interest: Benefit from our offer to integrate your video in your portfolio in the fair media.

Your video appears in the exhibitor portal and and on the electronica App.

Product presentation

Prominent and detailed – showcase your products in the online catalog and in the electronica app!

Your company and product presentation includes:

• Product picture with 800 characters of text (incl. spaces)
• Download-PDF, e.g. catalog, brochure, flyer

All content can be provided in both German and English.

Keyword search

Be found even faster!

The exhibitor portal allows interested users to search for products and companies based on keywords.

Select the keywords that customers can use to call up your company. The more words you select, the easier it is for people to find you.

Logo on all hall plans

The perfect guide to your booth!

Highlight your booth in the hall plan with your logo and show the electronica visitors the way to your stand.

Your logo appears:

• in the online hall plans of the exhibitor portal
• in the hall plan of the electronica App
• in the printed electronica Guide
• on large poster plans on display at the exhibition site

Entry according to the mandatory communication fee

NEW! The extended basic entry as per the mandatory communication fee* includes many attractive services to present your company in the media of electronica: in the online catalog, the electronica app, the Visitor Guide and the printed catalog.

The following services are included in this basic entry:

• Alphabetical list of exhibitors:
  – Company name, street, postal code, town, country, phone, e-mail, website, hall/stand
  – Social media links
  – Teaser text (80 characters incl. spaces, German/English)
  – Company description (800 characters incl. spaces, German/English)
  – Digital contact form (exhibitor portal)
  – Contacts sales, press, technical support (exhibitor portal)
• Product and service directory:
  4 entries with company name, hall/booth
• Application directory:
  2 entries with company name, hall/booth
• Hall plan (only for exhibitors with their own stand):
  company name, hall/booth
• Matchmaking participation in the app

Exhibitors can book additional entries in the respective media for extra charges.

* The communication fee of € 990 for main and co-exhibitors is obligatory part of your trade fair participation (see Special Terms of Participation B 3) and is billed by Messe München GmbH.
