Post your information and make the most of your exhibit!

Do you want to promote your exhibit with efficient PR work? Our PR services are an effective way to inform the press and potential visitors about your company and your products and applications prior to LASER World of PHOTONICS 2023. For international trade journalists, LASER World of PHOTONICS 2023 is one of the most important industry events in the world.

Start your presswork before the fair even begins: Post your press releases and photographs online at the LASER World of PHOTONICS website and present your company information, news and product information in German and English.

*Per online press compartment up to 10 press releases with up to 3 pictures possible

Press conference rooms

For two-hour periods you can hire a conference room for your press conference or press meeting in the Press Center / in the Press Centers (30 min. for preparation and post-conference work respectively, one hour for the conference itself).
It can accommodate up to 70 persons.

The standard equipment in the conference rooms are a microphone system (two microphones), a boardroom table, classroom seating and a screen.

Press event calendar

Whether it comes to a press conference, a tour for journalists or a VIP visit at your stand: If you are planning to hold press events during LASER World of PHOTONICS 2023, you can enter them in the press event calendar, which will be published in the press section of the LASER World of PHOTONICS website.

Simply go to the Exhibitor Shop and enter time, place (hall and stand number or room), topic, the speaker’s name and the name of a contact if there are any questions. You can also include a file with your invitation that people can download.

Editorial Index for exhibitors

The Editorial Index lists all national and international media representatives who have been accredited for the LASER World of PHOTONICS 2023 and have agreed to publish their data for this purpose. Use the editorial index and get in touch early. In the run-up to the trade fair, we will send you an updated version of it at two delivery dates. The mailings take place on the two Thursdays before the first day of the event.
