Rooms are frequently needed for meetings during the fair. During LOPEC 2022 rooms near the hall at the International Congress Center are available for rent.
Conference and meeting rooms can be rented for an entire day.
Each room is equipped with standard furnishings (block of tables with chairs) and can be added depending on room with technical equipment.
However, the number of rooms that are available is limited, so we recommend booking your room early!
Price for meeting rooms: € 290 to € 1,200
