Greatness lies at the core of the brand’s philosophy. In 1970s founder CK Woo bought over the brand from a Swiss merchant to realize his childhood dream to design and manufacture great watches for the masses.

Today, he retains his unique status as the last watchmaker in Singapore. While his comrades from yesteryear have passed on, his own unyielding commitment to watches lives on. Under his leadership, the current team continually creates insanely great timepieces. Every idea is given the utmost attention to detail so as to put Singapore’s watchmaking expertise back on the world’s radar.

Amid an ambitious global expansion blueprint, Aries Gold is now an international brand sold in 28 countries. At the 2016 Hong Kong International Watch Fair, the limited edition Foo Fighters collaboration watch was extremely well-received, INHORGENTA_MUNICHament to how Aries Gold breaks new ground by synergizing the individual spirit of arts with engineering.

New releases such as the G9006 Hero and G9005 EL Toro proved to be instant bestsellers because of the trend in automatic watches, while evergreen pieces like the G903 Gauntlet Vintage continue to gather momentum in sales. All of this is possible because of quality parts like sapphire glass, Japan automatic movements, and clever execution in case and dial design. Our female collection has also grown in sales. The Rosa 1159 uses Czech Stones instead of normal round zirconia, is gaining popularity. Bucking convention, our product development team also introduced proprietary plating technologies featured in our laINHORGENTA_MUNICH timepieces, like rainbow plated and camo-plated watches.

Digital initiatives have been earmarked, with the launch of an online blog to engage with a burgeoning tech-savvy audience who prioritise a fashion-forward lifestyle and an exciting collaboration with Foo Fighters – in line with the Aries Gold vision of being ahead of the curve when it comes to staying relevant.
