Press boxes: At the press center and online

Profit from the most important media event in the industry: Numerous trade journalists from around the world are expected at ISPO Munich.

The press centers at the East and West Entrances are the first place they go to for information. You can have your press kits displayed free of charge in press boxes there. Please note the opening hours. These can be found on the ISPO Munich website in the “Press“ section.

You can use your online press box now to make your press materials available to journalists before ISPO Munich even begins. Use it to post press releases and photos – everything will be published online in the “Press” section and in the exhibitor database at the ISPO Munich website. In the „Product news“ section you also can provide journalists with information on your new products at the show during the run-up to ISPO Munich and up to two months after the event.

The sooner you post your information, the better the chances that journalists will become aware of your show-related news and report on it.

Trade press boxes

Display your trade magazines in the trade press boxes – a very efficient way to reach a large number of visitors. These boxes are placed in the entrance area. 1,000 copies can be delivered per publication. Your display will be automatically distributed in the hall entrances. Please note that we cannot take into account any requests for specific placements. The trade press boxes will be continuously stocked throughout the entire duration of the fair.

* Please note: We can only offer a limited number of trade press boxes. These will be allocated first-come-first-serve principle. Only a maximum of three titles per publisher.

Exhibitor press conference

You can rent a conference room in two-hour periods for your press conference (one hour press conference and 30 min. each for preparation and follow-up).

Standard equipment in a conference room is composed of parliamentary seating, a screen and a boardroom table with two microphones. Additional equipment, e.g., beamer or flip chart as well as catering, can be booked separately. You will receive a list of corresponding contact persons after room reservation. We would be glad to provide you with advice on the phone!

Directory of editors

Use the directory of national and international trade journals with editorial office addresses and contact data of the editor responsible for your area. There is a blogger directory available, too. Connect with the blogger network of ISPO Munich.

The directory of editors includes the contact details of journalists and bloggers who are accredited for ISPO Munich and agree to the publication of their contact data.
