This is where potential customers search for your company.

Highlight your entry and place your company logo with your entry in the exhibitor directory.

Visitors can find the alphabetical list of exhibitors in the exhibitor portal and in the printed Visitor Guide.

When booking your company logo, it will also appear with all booked applications and product categories in the exhibitor portal.

Applications

Book application sectors for your entry

This is the best way to be sure that your company can be found when visitors search according to application sectors in the exhibitor portal.

Two entries in the application directory are already included in your basic entry. Each additional entry costs € 55. Enhance your entry with your logo to capture the visitors’ interest.

If you book your logo in the list of exhibitors, we will also place it with all booked applications in the exhibitor portal.

Product and service directory

Let your offer speak for itself!

This is the section where visitors search for specific products. Booking multiple categories makes it easier for your customers to find you. Your entry will automatically be posted in the exhibitor portal.

Two entries in the product and service directory are already included in your basic entry. 

Tip: Get around the alphabetical order of the list by having your company appear in first place after the name of the product-group category.

Or enhance the entry with your company logo or your contact details as an eye-catcher.

Logo in the hall plans

The perfect guide to your booth!

Highlight your booth in the hall plan with your logo and show the LASER World of PHOTONICS visitors the way to your stand.

Your logo appears:

• on the online hall plans
• in the Visitor Guide
• on large poster plans on display at the exhibition site

Keyword search

Be found even faster!

The exhibitor portal allows interested users to search for products and companies based on keywords.

You stipulate the keywords that customers can use to call up your company. The more words you select, the easier it is for people to find you.

Product presentation

Eye-catching and prominent

Showcase your products, your brands and your company in the exhibitor portal!

Each product presentation includes:

• 1 picture
• Description text (800 characters incl. spaces)
• 1 PDFs for download, e.g. catalogs, brochures, flyers

Texts can be delivered in both German and/or English.

Inspire with moving pictures!

Video advertising sparks interest: Benefit from our offer to integrate your video in your exhibitor profile in the media of LASER World of PHOTONICS.

Your video appears on your company profile in the exhibitor portal.

Entry according to the mandatory communication fee

The mandatory communication fee of € 645 for main and co-exhibitors and € 445for joint exhibitors (see Special Terms of Participation B 3) includes the basic entry in the official media of LASER World of PHOTONICS and is billed by Messe München GmbH. The following services are included in this basic entry:

• Company name, street, postal code, town, country, phone, e-mail and Internet address, hall/stand (exhibitor portal)
• Social Media Links (exhibitor portal)
• Teaser text (80 characters incl. spaces) (exhibitor portal) *
• Company text (800 characters incl. spaces) (exhibitor portal) *
• 2 entries without logo in the application directory
• 2 entries without ogo in the product and services directory
• Alphabetical entry in the Visior Guide
• Entry in all hall plans (exhibitor portal, Visitor Guide, poster plan in the hall)
• Digital contact form (exhibitor portal)

*Included only for main- and co-exhibitor. Joint exhibitor can add these elements for an additional charge of EUR 200.
