Press compartments: At the press center and online

Your direct line to the international press — for successful PR

Whether it comes to specialty media, daily newspapers, television, radio or online: productronica generates the greatest attention — before and especially during the fair. Hundreds of trade journalists from Germany and abroad will be on hand to get an impression of the industry’s trends and developments. Take advantage of productronica’s press services to promote your dialog with German and international journalists.

Online compartment

Start your presswork before the fair even begins: Post your press releases and photographs online at the productronica website and present your company information, news and product information in German and English.

Press compartments at the press center

The Press Center West is the first place that journalists go when they arrive at the fair. Make information about your company available here in a press compartment. Don’t forget to post information in English and German — ideally in separate compartments.

*Per online press compartment up to 10 press releases with up to 3 pictures possible

Press conference rooms

For two-hour periods you can hire a conference room for your press conference or press meeting (30 min. for preparation and post-conference work respectively, one hour for the conference itself). It can accommodate up to 27 persons.

• Standard equipment: microphone system (two microphones), board table, classroom seating arrangement and one screen
• Further equipment such as a beamer, flip-chart, slide projector, etc. can be booked separately

Press guide for journalists

Journalists use our press guide to look up the names of the exhibitors’ press contacts. Enter your information in the Exhibitor Shop and make it easier for members of the press to contact you. The press guide is only made available to journalists and is distributed by the press team of productronica.

Editorial index

All journalists who have themselves accredited prior to productronica and agree to have their contact information published can be found in our editorial index.

You can download the editorial index here at the Exhibitor Shop as of mid-October. It will be updated on a regular basis.

The information in the editorial index is something that journalists provide on a voluntary basis, which is why we cannot guarantee that it is complete.
