(Online) Vouchers

Invite your customers to attend OutDoor by ISPO!

Our online vouchers are cheap, fast and can be sent by email in the form of a code.

Alternatively, you can send them by mail for a more personal touch: In this case, we will send you paper vouchers by mail that you can then forward on to your chosen recipient. These classic vouchers contain your company name and your stand number.

After the ticket order has been completed, you will receive an Excel file with online-voucher numbers or online-voucher links or your vouchers will be sent by mail. Your customers can redeem the vouchers online and receive their valid Print@home-Ticket or Mobile Ticket.

Both ticket types allow your customers free entry to the fair.

Please be aware that your customers will need to belong to OutDoor by ISPO’s approved trade visitor network (see ispo.com/en/outdoor/trade-visitors/tickets).

Lead Management

Scan2Lead provides a couple of tailormade solutions for you as OutDoor by ISPO exhibitor to scan visitors at your booth. Get the details about your lead at the press of a button.

All visitor information will be available up to four weeks after the trade show at your own personal web portal and can easily be transferred from here to an excel file. Depending on the product, all data will immediately be available on the screen of your smartphone/tablet (Scan2Lead SMART) or Laptop (Scan2Lead STATION). The data of mobile handscanners (Scan2Lead COLLECT) needs to be downloaded at the service center.

Orders placed before June 12, 2019 will be shipped directly to the order address. OutDoor by ISPO Cards ordered after June 12, 2019 can be collected at the OutDoor by ISPO Card pick up counter in Entrance East. Please make sure to provide photo identification.
