Bonava is a leading residential development company in Northern Europe. Born out of NCC, Bonava has been creating homes and neighbourhoods since the 1930’s.

We develop and sell affordable and sustainable housing to consumers and investors. Bonava works in cooperation with municipalities and other stakeholders, contributing to the development of new vivid neighborhoods. We are active from land acquisition until hand over, in order to ensure customer focus throughout the whole process.
